7 Ways to Support My Work

Thank you to everyone who has found my page and follows my work. I am so glad you are here! I hope it shows how passionate I am about what I do. I’m on a mission to help connect and grow our communities in Southern Oregon. I strive to put together quality information about local events and resources that are focused on family life in Southern Oregon.

1. Comment, like, and share my social media posts.

   All interactions affect how frequently the algorithm suggests my posts to people who haven’t found me yet. As a creator, I also receive a small bit of income dependent upon how popular a post becomes. Liking, commenting, and sharing helps me grow. FYI for algorhythm purposes: Commenting is the most helpful, then sharing, then liking.

2. Tag me in group posts and other local info posts.

   Tagging me helps me stay on top of what’s happening in our community that is relevant and important to families. It also helps new people find my page.

3. Tag a friend in my posts

   Tagging friends in my posts helps the algorithm recognize my content as important and increases the chances a post will be suggested in other people’s newsfeed.

4. Share my seasonal guides on social media

   Every season, I put a ton of hard work into researching and compiling essential information for what’s happening for families in Southern Oregon. I strive for it to be useful and accurate, and I’m beyond appreciative when these get shared far and wide.
