FREE BRITT KIDS CONCERT: UNCLE JUMBO

BrittKids Koncerts create a fun and casual setting for local families to introduce their children to music, dance, and the visual arts. These free performances, especially designed for children under age 10, help our next generation of artists learn about the performing arts in a way that is both entertaining and educational. Early exposure to live performance increases a child’s interest in artistic activities, such as learning an instrument, singing, dancing, painting, or participating in a theater program.

Born in Texas, Grammy nominee Uncle Jumbo layers heartfelt lyrics with messages of positivity that inspire young minds to dream big and chase their passions. As young as 4 years old playing accordion with touring Zydeco bands and spending years blending the grooves of Hip Hop and Soul, Jumbo turned his musical focus into creating heartfelt and uniting music for children in an effort to help raise generations of positive, loving people. Further inspired by the birth of his daughter, Jumbo’s concert performances include hits from his “Taste the Sky” and “Garden Groove” albums, with upbeat songs and dance-alongs that focus on joy, connection, kindness and well-being.
