ScienceWorks camps give young scientists a chance to explore, create, and discover when school is out. With hands-on activities and a focus on curiosity, campers dive into STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math), make friends, and build new skills in a fun, supportive setting.

Our experienced educators support diverse learning styles, including ADHD and other learning differences. With individualized attention and inclusive methods, we create a space where all campers feel empowered to explore and thrive.

Dive into four days of creativity and fun! Each day is split into a thrilling half-day at Art Presence and a fun-filled half-day at the Jacksonville Community Center

Dive into a 3-hour hands-on adventure where we build, imagine, and play our way through each week’s theme. It’s a morning packed with big ideas and creative fun!

For Ages 7-9 and 10-12 

Our Studio Series offers older kids a deep dive into both Clay and Culinary arts. Each week follows a new theme, combining hands-on pottery with kitchen creativity.

For Ages 5-8 and 9-11

Introducing our new half day camps! Come spend your summer with Central Point Parks & Recreation! Kids will enjoy exciting crafts and activities centered around a new theme each week— some even tie into our free Movies in the Park.

For Ages 8-18

From rock climbing and LEGO robotics to ceramics and esports, we have something for every interest.

For Incoming 2nd-6th graders

Our 4-week camp is designed for students entering 2nd–6th grade, with each week offering a unique blend of hands-on activities, academic enrichment, and creative exploration. Campers might dive into STEM challenges, explore stories and writing, create art, solve math mysteries, or discover something entirely unexpected—each week is a new adventure, led by passionate, highly-qualified educators who bring their own flair and expertise to the experience.
